Recently built, Villa Sofia consists of a main house on two floors and an outbuilding. The main house is bright and has welcoming interior spaces open to the garden and the surrounding landscape through the large windows.

The ground floor includes a large living room open to a dining room with a state-of-the-art kitchen, a master suite with jacuzzi bath and bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, access is via an external staircase, you will find a second living room with dining area and equipped kitchen. A double room with bathroom with shower, a double room with two beds with bathroom wc-sink.

While the outbuilding hosts two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower.

The villa also has a «wellness» area with sauna and course mat.

At disposal: washing machine, dryer and iron.

For information: In the middle of the week, towels, pool towels and bed linen are changed, as well as a cleaning/ refreshment of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (6h) will be done.

A few minutes by car you can reach Taormina (20 km) and the sea (2 km). The sandy beach of Fiumefreddo is 3 km away. In the vicinity you will also find the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos (10 km), Etna (44 km) and the Alcantara Gorges, the fishing villages of the Cyclops Riviera within 30 minutes drive and Syracuse (100 km).
