In 1950, with the arrival of the Ferragamo family, a new important architectural restoration and repair phase began which restored the manor house and the farmhouses around it to their former glories, making it the ideal place for extended family summer holidays and leisure.

Wanda Ferragamo’s dream, to make a hospitality business out of it, took concrete shape a few years later and some of its villas were made into summer holiday homes for families looking for relaxation and wellness

Seven villas are available throughout the estate.

We have chosen Villa Merlo for the Brivido collection and upon request, we will be happy to offer you the other villas of the estate. Some villas can accommodate up to 20 people

Villa Merlo, completely renovated in 2018, it is located in a very peaceful area and is especially suitable for those looking for total relaxation and privacy. Elegantly        

furnished with warm colors and modern comforts, the villa is surrounded by a fenced garden and an amazing infinity pool with lounge.

On the ground floor two French doors open onto the dining room connected with the sitting room and the fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is composed by 5 nice double bedrooms, each with its own  en-suite bathroom: one large double  bedroom with walk-in closet and very large bathroom with shower is at the on the ground floor; 3 large double bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms with walk-in shower are on the first floor and one more double bedroom with nice view is in the attic.

Sport: 2 tennis courts available on the resort

Breakfast included at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro located in the complex every morning from 8am to 11am, where it will be delivered every morning to the villa at your convenience.
